Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of access to OpenAdminTools' APIs is strictly prohibited.
You are prohibited from disclosing a user's non-public content obtained through the APIs to other users or third parties without explicit consent from the user.
Content accessible through our APIs may be protected by intellectual property rights. Usage of such content is only permissible if licensed by the content owner or allowed by law.
To uphold the integrity of our Service, OpenAdminTools reserves the right to block registrants and subscribers from accessing the Service from certain IP addresses at any time, at its sole discretion. If you believe your IP address has been erroneously blocked, please contact us.
Registration for the Service is available to eligible users at no cost. Registrants gain access to some, but not all, features and tools within the Service.
To unlock additional features, including various tools, users must subscribe to the Service.
We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans, with payments made upfront according to your chosen billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew monthly or annually, as applicable, unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Upon cancellation, access to our Service will continue until the end of the subscription period. Downgrading of subscription plans is possible at any time, with changes taking effect after the current subscription period ends.
Additional usage beyond the limits outlined in your subscription plan will incur extra charges, as detailed on our pricing page. These charges will be billed on a pay-as-you-go basis and will apply even after the cessation of your subscription plan. Unused portions of pay-as-you-go usage will expire within the specified timeframe. Failure to pay these charges may result in the removal of access to our Service, with any remaining subscription value applied towards outstanding charges.
OpenAdminTools is not obligated to issue refunds unless required by law. For monthly subscriptions, refunds may be requested post-payment if the service has not been utilized. However, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of significant account activity.
In addition to the foregoing, OpenAdminTools retains the right to unilaterally cancel services under the following circumstances
You acknowledge and consent that OpenAdminTools may anonymize and aggregate any data provided by you to the Service, including data associated with your Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts, and employ it for the purpose of enhancing the Service without disclosing your identity.
We continuously enhance and update our Service, which may involve adding or removing functionalities or features, or even suspending or terminating the Service altogether. While we regret if you choose to discontinue using our Service, you are free to do so at any time. To the extent permitted by law, OpenAdminTools' total liability for any claim under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, if we choose, to supplying you the Service again).
To the extent permitted by law, OpenAdminTools shall not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
OpenAdminTools shall not be responsible for any delay in performance or non-performance due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of OpenAdminTools.
You affirm and guarantee continual compliance with all applicable laws, including sanctions and export control regulations, concerning all activities conducted herein and your utilization of the Service.
